The Hot Pot City

Baotou is the home of Xiaofeiyang (Little Sheep), a chain of hot pot restaurants which has branches all over China, the USA, Canada and Europe. There are many different local cuisines with hot pot and local BBQ among the best!

With desert, mountain range and grassland areas being close by there are many interesting things to do from camel rides in the desert, skiing in the mountains in winter and experiencing the traditions of the Mongolian culture in the grasslands.
