After completing her Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) in Brighton, England, Felicity moved to China in 2012 to work in English 1, Guangzhou. After a year, she moved to Adult Center to teach adult learners, spending two years there and working as a Senior Teacher and In-Centre Trainer.

She joined the training team in 2015 after completing her Trinity Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DipTESOL). The work changed rapidly from focusing on new teacher onboarding to developing a part-time Trinity CertTESOL course. She was the Course Director, or oversaw the Course Director, for 20 CertTESOL courses. She began observing lessons for English 1's DipTESOL in 2017, and in 2020 stepped into the role of DipTESOL Course Director.

Felicity is now back in England with a new focus on Trinity Certificate for Practising Teachers  (CertPT) course development and implementation. She enjoys painting, reading, and going for walks with a hot flask of tea.
