Rey joined the Certifications Training Team after five years as a Senior Teacher at Yingfu, where she was also recognized as a 5-Star Teacher (Season 3 National Top 20).
In her previous role, she took on wide-ranging responsibilities including Bright Sparks 2.0 lead teacher, in-center and regional HUB trainer, center scheduler, TKT regional coordinator, and DEIB ambassador. She led summer and winter courses, delivered teaching skills workshops, conducted observations and performance reviews for new teachers, and served as a demo teacher and special mentor.
As a trainer, Rey has facilitated Parent Academy and YKP lectures, run workshops for Year 1–2 teachers , and played an active role in teacher development at both the center and regional levels. Her CertPT (Distinction), TKT (All Modules), and NTC certification reflect her commitment to professional growth and high academic standards.
Now as part of the Certifications Training Team, Rey is excited to contribute to course design, teacher development, and the continued success of Yingfu's certification programs.
Outside of work, Rey loves traveling and outdoor activities. She has traveled to 25 countries and enjoys hiking around the world. During her free time, she also likes having coffee, going on city walks, and chilling at home with her cat named Chocolate.
Special Interests: AI in education, classroom management, early childhood education, teacher mentoring, curriculum design.
