EF Certificate in Lesson Planning
Lesson planning is the single most important task you will do as a teacher, to ensure that your learners achieve the aims of the lesson and make improvements.
Often it can be easy to use the provided lesson notes without thinking too much about how well they support the lesson aims or suit your learners. This Lesson Planning Distance Learning course will show you how to structure your lesson in a way that lets each activity build on the previous one, scaffolding learners to success, while keeping everything in a relevant context. The main ideas include context setting, controlled and freer practice activities, ways of staging lessons (PPP, ESA, TTT, TBL) and differentiation for different learner needs.
Course duration: 5 weeks
